RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
We have a 15-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange.
Returns/Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is returned in the exact condition that they were received (unworn, with original packaging and tags). THE RETURN/EXCHANGE WILL BE REJECTED IF ANY OF THE PRODUCT TAGS ARE REMOVED/ALTERED.

For an exchange request, our support team will create the exchange order. You should receive the order confirmation and a shipment confirmation once the exchange order is shipped.
In case of returns, We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. For returns we deduct Rs.250 return shipping charges inclusive of GST. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
